Training pays $500 per week for six weeks, then a 100% commission-based plan with uncapped earning potential. This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy outdoor work, meeting people, and building sales skills toward leadership

• Schedule free roof inspections and consultations with our sales team.
• Educate homeowners about aging roofs, storm damage, and roofing solutions.
• Support experienced sales reps by generating qualified appointments.
• Distribute marketing materials in neighborhoods.
• Track daily activity and appointments with simple reporting tools.
• Represent Moss Roofing professionally within the communities we serve.
• Develop communication, networking, and sales skills.
