Job summary

Centra Health's Transport Department is seeking a Driver to provide door-to-door transportation for PACE participants and Centra patients. You will prioritize safety, communicate needs to the supervisor, and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.

Responsibilities include performing pre- and post-vehicle inspections, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, keeping accurate records, and supporting the transportation team in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional door to door care to all PACE Participants & Centra Patients
• Communicating all participant/patient changes & needs to direct supervisor
• Performing pre & post vehicle safety inspections, assuring vehicle is in proper operational condition and reporting any maintenance issues to immediate supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of interior & exterior of Centra vehicle
• Following scheduled transports for PACE participants or patients & other potential trips communicated by direct supervisor
• Maintain all necessary records/documentation regarding participants/patients & vehicles
• Communicating frequent changes to direct supervisor
• Performs other duties as assigned.
