Renewal by Andersen of Florida is seeking a Residential Canvassing Representative to join our field marketing team. You’ll go door to door in assigned territories, introduce homeowners to our products, and help generate leads.

We offer a competitive pay range of $25–$40 per hour plus weekly bonuses, paid training, and a supportive, growth‑driven culture. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and be comfortable walking neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 18+.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Previous door-to-door sales, appointment setting, or retail experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to various locations in the area.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality leads through door-to-door campaigns in assigned territories.
• Deliver a pre-qualifying lead presentation to prospective homeowners.
• Achieve daily and weekly goals while representing the company professionally.
• Provide daily reports on leads and appointments, and attend team meetings.
