Astound is hiring for a field-based residential sales role in multiple U.S. markets. You will engage residents face-to-face, pursue leads, and tailor service solutions to property needs. The role emphasizes outdoor work, daily outreach, and building Astound brand awareness.

The base salary ranges from $32,000 to $40,000 with uncapped commissions, and total earnings potential can exceed six figures depending on performance. Training and support are provided to accelerate ramp-up.
