Charter Communications seeks a field sales professional to acquire residential customers through door-to-door visits in MDUs with up to 49 doors. You will use a consultative approach to identify customer needs and drive performance against monthly targets.

The role requires outdoors work, travel within assigned territory, and delivery of Spectrum services. A high school diploma and 0–6 months of sales or customer service experience are expected.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 0-6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cold call sales techniques and persuasive communication.
• Ability to travel within assigned territories using a reliable personal vehicle, including during inclement weather.
• Familiarity with computer operating systems, consumer and commercial communications devices such as smartphones, routers and wireless equipment.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Preferred: 1+ years of sales or related work experience.
• Understanding of communications technologies and services.

• Drive new customer acquisition by door-to-door sales in MDUs with 49 or fewer doors.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and penetration goals.
• Generate incremental revenue by adding Spectrum services.
• Respond to customer problems according to policy and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and market directions.
• Attend sales meetings and training and apply learnings to improve results.
• Complete documentation for sales activities, including orders and reporting.
• Collect funds and provide receipts according to company policy.
