Job summary

Coastal Water and Air is seeking a Door-to-Door Canvassing Manager to lead and scale a high-performing canvassing team in a fast-growing environment. You will drive team development, territory strategy, and consistent lead generation to fuel company growth.

You will interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers, plan routes and schedules, develop effective canvassing strategies, and coach the team through regular meetings while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to align efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader in Home Improvement Industry.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
• Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
• Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.
