You will interview, hire, train, and coach canvassers, plan routes, and implement effective canvassing strategies in coordination with sales and marketing. A dynamic, supportive work environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Supervisor, or Canvassing Team Leader.
• Prior success in high-growth door-to-door campaigns.
• Experience in the Home Improvement industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
