You’ll earn $20.50 per hour base plus uncapped bonuses. Typical canvassers make $1,500–$3,000/month in bonuses, with top performers over $4,000/month. Availability Mon–Sat is required, and Spanish is a bonus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Walk neighborhoods for extended periods; active boots-on-the-ground role.
• Strong communicators.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Available Monday– Saturdays.
• Working cell phone with data plan.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required).
