Job summary

DaBella is seeking energetic canvassers to work in Grand Junction, CO, and surrounding areas. You will knock on doors, present our services, and actively generate leads in a boots-on-the-ground role with a solid base pay and unlimited bonus potential.

Earn an uncapped commission/monthly bonuses on top of the $20/hour base pay; top performers exceed $4,000/month in bonuses. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, comfortable outdoors, and available Mon–Sat.

Qualifications

• Walk neighborhoods for extended periods — this is an active, boots-on-the-ground role.
• Strong communicators with ability to persuade and inform.
• Available Monday–Saturday and flexible with schedule.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors and introduce services to homeowners.
• Set leads and guide prospects through the information available.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
• Work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
