Job summary

Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to join as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters. You’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners, helping explain options for a free roof inspection and restoration services.

No experience required—just a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a positive attitude. Training is provided and compensation includes $15/hour base plus incentives, with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• No experience required; strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Must be able to walk outdoors for extended periods.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Sales, canvassing or customer service experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Canvass designated neighborhoods and knock on doors to contact customers.
• Identify signs of roof damage with training.
• Engage with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner.
• Educate homeowners on damage and insurance restoration processes.
• Schedule free inspections and track leads using mobile tools.
