Job summary

Allegion, a global safety and security leader, seeks a Service Technician – Stanley Access Technologies for the Kentucky region (Louisville or Lexington area). You will service and maintain automatic doors, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction on-site.

Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma, clean driving record, ability to lift 50–75 lbs, and willingness to work nights or weekends. This role offers strong growth and benefits within a respected company.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver’s License.
• Frequently going up and down ladders.
• Standing on concrete for extended periods.
• Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, kneel or crawl.
• Ability to work in varying climates.
• Ability to lift/carry 50–75 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights/weekends/on call.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair Stanley Automatic Door Operating Equipment and related systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance per the designated service program.
• Maintain accurate work records and parts used for each job.
• Keep up to date with changes to Stanley equipment and ANSI 156.10 standards.
• Maintain manuals and details; manage company vehicles and tools.
• Ensure strong customer relations and service quality.
• Assist and train others in installation/service methods.
