Talent Edge Recruiting seeks a detail-oriented Door Support Specialist in Mentor, OH to support the Door Products Manager and cross-functionally assist sales and operations teams. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with an hourly pay range of $20–$30 depending on experience.

You will manage quoting, lead tracking in Salesforce, shipment coordination, and administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records and collaborating across departments in a growing, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and keep accurate records.
• Comfortable with computer systems and business software.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, or accounting systems is helpful.
• Prior office or administrative experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of door, loading dock, or commercial equipment industry is a plus.
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude.

Pay: $20.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Door Support Specialist to support the Door Products Manager and assist the sales and operations teams. This is a newly created position that will help keep administrative processes, quoting support, lead management, and shipment coordination running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, working with multiple departments, and learning the operational side of a specialized industry. Prior-door industry experience is helpful but not required.

Key Responsibilities
