Job summary

Heritage Security Solutions Ltd. is seeking proactive security professionals to monitor venues and control entry at bars, clubs, and other age-restricted environments.

You will check IDs, enforce policies, patrol premises, respond to incidents, and maintain a safe, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

This role requires calm, professional communication, incident logging, and coordination with management and law enforcement when needed; you will report hazards and assist in evacuations as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Patrol entrance areas, exits, and surrounding premises.
• Monitor for suspicious or potentially dangerous behavior.
• Respond quickly to incidents or disturbances.
• Handle disputes or altercations professionally and calmly.
• De-escalate tense situations before they become physical.
• Evict disruptive or intoxicated individuals safely.
• Ensure emergency exits are clear and accessible.
• Assist in emergency evacuations.
• Report hazards or unsafe conditions to management.
• Keep incident logs and write detailed reports of security breaches or incidents.
• Liaise with law enforcement if required.
• Provide guidance to visitors and answer questions politely.
• Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to encourage a safe environment.
