You will de-escalate conflicts, coordinate with management, and complete incident reports while upholding safety standards and a hospitable environment. The position requires standing, evenings, and weekends with a valid Texas Security License.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level II Non-Commissioned Security License (Texas) required and in good standing.
• 1–2 years in security or guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner upon arrival.
• Verify identification and enforce venue age requirements in accordance with Texas law and company policy.

• Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods (up to 8+ hours).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass background screening consistent with applicable laws.
