Qualifications

• 5+ years in doors experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of woodworking machinery.

Responsibilities

• Plan work schedules and production sequences to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate activities of production teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Review work orders before production release and monitor capacity.
• Develop and track KPIs to monitor throughput vs. hours.
• Maintain materials and hardware levels to support manufacturing.
• Ensure safety, quality standards, and company policies are followed.
