Job summary

Specialty Building Products, home of Reeb, is seeking a Paint Associate - Sprayer to apply spray finishes on a variety of parts and ensure consistent color on doors. This 1st shift role requires adherence to quality standards and safety protocols in a Bethlehem, PA production environment.

You will work with PPE including respirators, maintain paint equipment, and support a culture focused on quality and safety. Overtime may be required as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Hands spraying experience in a body shop or door assembly environment.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions from supervisor or coworkers.
• Must be able to wear proper PPE, including a respirator mask.

Responsibilities

• Spray paint parts to meet quality requirements.
• Perform visual inspection of all material prior to painting.
• Maintain consistent color throughout the product (even color).
• Ensure quality of paint and thinners.
• Clean and maintain paint apparatus.
