D&M Industries, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking a Production Worker in Moorhead, MN. You will participate in machining and assembling interior doors, ensuring precision and quality throughout the process.

Responsibilities include operating door manufacturing machinery, inspecting parts, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while adhering to production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of manufacturing or assembly line experience.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues during assembly.
• Attention to detail for inspecting materials and finished doors.

Responsabilités

• Assemble interior doors by following detailed work orders and using appropriate tools and components.
• Operate and maintain machinery used in the door manufacturing process.
• Inspect materials and components at each stage and report quality issues to supervisor.
• Manage materials and notify supervisor when additional supplies are needed.
• Rotate through assembly stages to maintain efficient production flow.
• Package and scan finished doors for shipment.
• Keep work areas clean and safe per established rules.
