Job summary

D&M Industries in Moorhead, MN is hiring a Production Worker to join our 100% employee-owned team. You will assemble interior doors, operate door-manufacturing machinery, inspect parts for quality, and help maintain a smooth production flow on the line.

The role requires at least two years of manufacturing or assembly experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety rules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble interior doors following work orders and using hand/power tools.
• Operate and maintain door manufacturing machinery.
• Inspect materials and finished doors for quality; report issues.
• Manage materials and supplies for door production; notify supervisor when needed.
• Rotate through assembly stages to ensure efficient flow.
• Package and scan finished doors for shipment.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety rules.
