Solid Rock Recruiting, LLC is seeking a dependable, hands-on Door Hardware / Service Technician to join our team in the McAdoo, PA area. The candidate will work with commercial doors, door hardware, installation, service, or carpentry, applying strong mechanical aptitude to contribute quickly while expanding technical knowledge.

Training is available, and candidates from backgrounds such as commercial door professionals, overhead door service technicians, or carpenters are welcome.

Formación

• Experience in commercial doors, door hardware, or carpentry.
• Familiarity with commercial locksets and door hardware.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
• Good communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with commercial door, frame, and hardware installation, service, and repair.
• Troubleshoot door and hardware issues and identify solutions.
• Work with mechanical components, locking systems, and related hardware.
• Support field operations to ensure projects are completed correctly.
• Read project information, measurements, and installation requirements.
• Maintain quality workmanship and follow established safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve field issues and keep work moving forward.
• Develop product knowledge and technical skills through hands-on experience and training.
