Job summary

Klover Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Carpenter to install, repair, and maintain door hardware systems across the tri-state area in PA. The role requires precision, the ability to read blueprints, and independent work as well as teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, plus extensive trade curriculum and 7+ years in commercial carpentry and hardware installation. Full-time, on-site work with strong safety practices and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Participation in a secondary or post-secondary trade curriculum
• 7+ years’ experience installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial door hardware
• 7+ years’ field carpentry experience with commercial tools and materials
• Knowledge of construction safety devices and PPE

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial door hardware systems and related components.
• Read blueprints and diagrams to determine installation procedures.
• Measure and cut materials to fit door dimensions and hardware specs.
• Ensure alignment, operation, and security of doors and hardware.
• Test hardware and doors for proper function and safety; troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with other trades on construction projects; maintain PPE use.
