Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training preferred.
• 2+ years in door hardware manufacturing, assembly, or quality.
• Familiarity with door hardware products and RMAs.

Responsibilities

• Process returned goods, RMAs, and warranty returns with accurate logging.
• Inspect shop floor and verify proper material identification and handling.
• Support CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
