Qualifications

• 3+ years in Quality Control performing audits, inspections, testing, and root cause analysis.
• Able to read and interpret drawings.
• Experience using mechanical inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Audit finished goods for completeness against Bill of Materials and QA inspections.
• Inspect production parts machined in house against engineering requirements.
• Inspect finishes for color requirements.
• Perform audits of pick-n-pack items per instructions.
• Assist with receiving inspections as needed.
• Write Nonconformance Reports and drive corrective actions for nonconformances.
• Assist with containment actions arising from nonconformances.
• Coordinate with internal corrective action teams on root cause analysis and corrective actions.
