Job summary

Harlingen ISD is seeking a skilled locksmith supervisor to lead on-site maintenance teams and coordinate with other departments on facility security across campuses.

The role requires 5 years of door/lock repair experience, a locksmith certificate, and a valid driving record; responsible for inventory and night security coverage.

Qualifications

• Be a High School Graduate or hold a GED Certificate.
• Have a Locksmith Certificate.
• Be a Certified Locksmith.
• Have an acceptable driving record to standards developed by the Department of Public Safety and the Education Agency (10 point system).
• Minimum experience: 5 years in repair of doors, locks, and inventory hardware and lockers.

To work cooperatively with other departments in maintaining school property, doors, door closures, windows, window locks, fire extinguishers, lockers, key inventory and maintain an accurate and appropriate night Security for all respective campuses.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certification:
