United Contractor Services, LLC is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to own Division 8 and 10 scopes from bid through closeout. You will price work, manage procurement, submittals, and field coordination to keep projects on schedule and budget.

Based in our Kennesaw, GA office, you will review drawings, schedules, and hardware sets, ensuring compliance with codes and specifications. This role combines numbers with field execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years combined estimating and project management on commercial Division 8/10 scopes
• Experience reading architectural drawings, door schedules, and specs
• Familiarity with submittals, procurement, and change orders on commercial projects

Responsabilités

• Price hollow metal doors, frames, and hardware; write and review hardware sets
• Verify UL listings, fire ratings, ADA, and life safety codes
• Coordinate electrified hardware and access control with project scope
• Lead buyout and procurement on awarded projects; manage submittals and shop drawings
• Track lead times and release material to align with the schedule
• Manage RFIs, change orders, and pay apps to keep projects on budget
