Victory Doors and Millwork in Nampa, Idaho is seeking a Door Builder to cut, nail and fabricate wooden and fiberglass doors and frames according to specifications. This role requires strong hand dexterity, attention to detail, knowledge of wood properties and carpentry materials, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with wood properties and carpentry materials.
• Ability to read tickets and follow specifications accurately.
• Work safely and with minimal supervision in a fast-paced shop.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness of work area.

Responsabilités

• Cutting, screwing, stapling, nailing, gluing, caulking, and assembling wood, metal and glass door units.
• Safe operation of power tools including pneumatic nail gun, miter saw, table saw, drill, belt sander and router.
• Read tickets accurately to ensure orders are complete and report discrepancies.
• Inspect finished pieces for dimensions, shape, and conformance to specs.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Inspect raw stock for defects and report damage to supervisors.
• Receive and stock inbound materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and optimize space usage.
• Enforce health and safety precautions and be a positive role model.
• Communicate with the production manager to align shop needs.
• Prepare finished products for loading and shipment.
• Emphasize attention to detail and a clean working environment.
