Job summary

Boise Cascade Company is seeking a Millwork Assembler in Utah to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will assemble interior and exterior doors, operate various machine centers, and verify orders against materials and instructions.

The role requires reading tape measurements, a high school diploma or equivalent, and safety-focused work habits. Experience with millwork, RFN scanners, and CNC equipment is preferred; physical lifting is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to read tape measurements and follow safety/work instructions.
• Familiarity with millwork and experience with inventory scanning (RFN).
• Experience with manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs assembly of interior and exterior doors.
• Work at various machine centers as needed.
• Verify accuracy of work orders to materials and assembly instructions.
• Provide basic customer service to internal and external customers.
• Inspects all materials for defects and quality/condition.
• Collaborate with teammates to fulfill orders daily.
• Maintain clean working area and follow safety procedures.
• Participate in safety programs and wear PPE.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
