Crystal Cabinet Works, Inc. in Princeton, MN is seeking a Door Builder/Clamp Operator to join our team. You will organize production, operate door clamps, and assemble panel doors to meet exact specifications and finish quality.

The 1st shift runs 6:00 AM–4:15 PM or 5:00 AM–3:15 PM with Friday OT as required. Salary Grade B offers $19.40–$21.55 per hour plus benefits including medical, dental, HSA, FSA, PTO, 401(k) with match, and more.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and prioritizes work according to daily/weekly production schedule.
• Operates door clamps for standard product, miter doors, framed doors, etc.
• Builds panel doors meeting specifications for style and finish.
• Operates machines used in door fabrication (orbital sander, hand sander, door press, etc.).
• Keeps work areas clean and safe; performs daily machine maintenance.

Schedule and Pay:

1 st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM – 4:15 PM or 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM ; Friday OT as required

Salary Grade B

$19.40 - $21.55

Job Summary:

The Door Builder/Clamp Operator is responsible for performing a variety of processes in the fabrication of panel doors.

Job Duties:

• Organizes and prioritizes work accordingly to daily/weekly production schedule.


• Operates door clamps as needed for standard product, miter doors, framed doors, etc.


• Builds panel doors while ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards regarding door style as well as finish.


• Operates a variety of machines in the fabrication of doors i.e., orbital sanders, hand sanders, door press, etc.


• Maintains all working areas in a clean, safe, orderly fashion.


• Performs daily maintenance as needed to keep machines in safe, operable condition.
