Job summary

Hyatt Regency Reston is seeking a friendly Door / Bell Attendant to warmly greet guests, assist with luggage, and escort guests to rooms or vehicles on arrival and departure. You will communicate with Front Office to ensure smooth flow and offer local recommendations and hotel services to enhance each guest's stay.

In this hourly, full‑time role you will maintain a high standard of guest service, stay physically active to assist with lifting and walking, and contribute to a welcoming Hyatt

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate weight.
