Overhead Door Corporation is seeking an Assembler 1 to join the Won-Door Corporation team in Salt Lake City. This entry-level role builds door panel sections to precise specifications, following blueprints, work orders, and safety guidelines while supporting production goals and quality standards.

You will use power and hand tools, maintain an organized workstation, and participate in team meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and sketches.
• Basic math and measurement skills using a tape measure.
• Attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Effective verbal and written communication; able to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assembles commercial door products according to specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
• Follows detailed shop floor traveler instructions.
• Uses power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Meets or exceeds established production and quality standards.
• Performs work within required precision standards; minimizes rework.
• Inspects completed work for accuracy and quality.
• Maintains a clean, organized workstation and follows safety guidelines.
• Communicates clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Participates in team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Assists in maintaining inventory and reporting shortages or issues.
• Understands and complies with company policies and procedures.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
