Job summary

Owens Corning is hiring an Assembler for the Mesquite, TX production line. You will follow SOPs to measure, cut, and assemble door units, and assist in various stock areas. Able to read BOMs, operate hand and pneumatic tools, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications include HS Diploma or GED and 1–2 years in manufacturing. Local benefits include paid holidays, 401(k) match, and advancement opportunities. This is an on-site, full-time role with potential for growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Preferably 1–2 years in manufacturing.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Verify materials against the bill of materials.
• Ensure materials meet quality expectations.
• Palletize, wrap, and label units as needed.
• Assemble parts into subassemblies and complete units.
• Test and calibrate parts to meet tolerances and specs.
• Follow SOPs and keep work area clean and safe.
• Read and understand BOM; work in varied weather conditions.
