Job summary

Owens Corning Doors is seeking a detail-oriented Production Assembler in Pittsburg, KS to assemble steel door units, read production tickets, verify materials, and keep a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with limited supervision, supporting quality and productivity goals while following safety practices designed to keep you and your teammates healthy. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but core skills and reliability matter most.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; frequent bending, twisting, stooping, and pushing.
• Excellent manual dexterity; able to work at a fast pace with multiple components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble all types of steel door units according to customer specifications.
• Read and interpret production tickets accurately.
• Verify material quality, accuracy, and count with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
