The role involves moving between workstations and adapting to different models as production demands shift. The ideal candidate has no formal education requirements, but prior carpentry experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Prior carpentry experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Places parts in specified relationship to each other.
• Bolts, clips, screws, cements, or otherwise fastens parts together.
• Cuts products to specific measurements as needed.
• Removes defective products as needed.
• Tends machines to perform fastening operations on the assembly line.
• Works at different workstations as production needs require.
• Cleans equipment, floors, and work areas per safety procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.
