Job summary

Our client, an industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Door Assembly 2nd shift to join their team. As a Door Assembly 2nd shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Pittsburg, KS. Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:15PM - 1:45AM. Pay: $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience is desirable.
• Ability to read and understand English and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble all types of steel door units according to customer specifications.
• Read and interpret production tickets accurately.
• Verify material quality, accuracy, and count with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met during production.

What's the Job?

• Assemble all types of steel door units according to customer specifications.
• Read and interpret production tickets accurately.
• Verify material quality, accuracy, and count with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are consistently met during production.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or related fields.
• Ability to read and understand English and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75+ lbs. and perform repetitive motions such as bending, stooping, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
