Job summary

T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads) in New York, NY seeks a 3D Motion Designer to create high‑fidelity 3D motion graphics for DOOH campaigns. You will own the full motion design pipeline from storyboards through rendering and compositing, translating 2D layouts into immersive 3D environments.

Collaborate with Senior Designers, maintain design resources, and turn brand briefs into compelling narratives. Experience with Figma, Unreal Engine, and Unity is valued; a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand strategy and collaboration essential.
• Proficiency in design thinking, prototyping and UX/UI design.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, storyboard and produce high-fidelity 3D motion design assets for DOOH formats.
• Own full motion design pipeline: 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering and compositing.
• Translate 2D layouts into dynamic 3D environments for brand campaigns.
• Support Senior Designers and partner with creative team on concepts and strategy.
• Maintain and expand design resources, style guides and templates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert brand briefs into visual narratives.
