Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; 2 years of related work experience required.
• 3+ years of relevant design experience in an agency or corporate environment with formal design training.
• Previous experience with web/social design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, storyboard, and implement high-fidelity 3D motion design assets for DOOH formats.
• Handle motion design pipeline from style frames to rendering and compositing.
• Translate 2D brand imagery into dynamic 3D environments.
• Support Senior Designers on high-priority projects and collaborate on content strategy.
• Contribute to T-Ads design resources, style guides, and templates.
• Partner with teams to translate brand briefs into compelling visuals.
