Job summary

Cub Maple Grove is seeking a dedicated full-time bakery team member to prepare, bake and fry a range of items, finishing them with frosting, glaze or icing to meet Cub’s standards.

Responsibilities include operating bakery equipment, assisting customers, stocking finished products and maintaining a clean, efficient station during 2am–10am shifts. Must be 18+ and ready for nights, weekends, and holidays. The role offers flexible scheduling, employee discount, weekly pay and union benefits.

Qualifications

• Operate bakery equipment to prepare and finish products.
• Ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Follow verbal or demonstrated instructions.
• Work shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake and fry products.
• Finish products with frosting, glaze or icing.
• Assist in wrapping or bagging product.
• Rotate and stock finished product to fill product gaps.
• Assist customers with questions or requests.
