Dunkin' franchisee in Topeka, KS is seeking a friendly team member to prepare beverages and bakery items for guests in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in the afternoon, start around 3 PM, and help maintain inventory, safety procedures, and a cooperative team atmosphere. Growth opportunities exist within the company for motivated individuals.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and prefer an independent workflow.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare Beverages and Bakery for our Guests.
• Prepare and frost donuts, bake bagels, and other bakery items according to Dunkin’ quality standards.
• Maintain and manage ingredient inventory, ensuring freshness and stock levels.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Keep the baking area clean, organized, and running efficiently.

This position starts at 3 PM and generally works until 7 PM or 8 PM each day, depending on daily production.
