Job summary

Dunkin' Donut Baker is seeking a passionate Donut Baker to join our bakery team in Missouri. You’ll prepare and bake donuts and other baked goods to Dunkin’ standards, ensuring freshness and visual appeal.

You’ll help maintain a clean workspace and follow safety guidelines as part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll work early mornings, nights, and weekends, learning Dunkin’s recipes and techniques while delivering a positive guest experience.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of donuts and other baked goods to Dunkin’ standards.
• Ensure that all products are fresh, delicious, and visually appealing.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following Dunkin’s sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Follow recipes and production processes to ensure quality consistency.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Provide a positive, friendly experience for all guests by working collaboratively with team members.
