Job summary

Versiti is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our Dayton, OH team, with in-office and remote days required. The role focuses on outbound donor calls, documenting information in computer systems, and delivering professional customer service.

Training is provided, and compensation includes a base hourly rate with shift differentials where applicable. The position emphasizes dependable schedules, team support, and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven organ iz ation dedicated to blood

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to demonstrate sales techniques and overcome objections.
• Good attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to work schedule and meets productivity, quality, and service level goals.
• Provides donor information and converts donor into appropriate donation type based on eligibility.
• Answers donor questions, requests and concerns via phone and text.
• Educates and motivates donors to schedule their next donation appointment.
• Recruits new donors by asking existing donors for referrals.
• Performs other duties as required within the job scope.
