Job summary

Boys Town in Omaha, NE is seeking a Donor Relations Associate to support fundraising and stewardship. This on-site role coordinates donor communications, processes gifts, and maintains records in Blackbaud CRM with accuracy and discretion.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, service oriented, and collaborates with development, finance, and program teams to enhance the donor experience across giving levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years in a business-oriented position.
• Experience with donor databases preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, proofreads and edits donor acknowledgements.
• Manages data and administration in Blackbaud CRM for various giving channels.
• Enters and documents donor interactions in the database.
• Audits CRM data for accuracy including updates and gift records.
• Responds to donor inquiries via phone, email and mail in a timely manner.
• Maintains confidential donor information and supports process documentation.
