Job summary

Boys Town in Omaha, NE is seeking a Donor Relations Associate to strengthen fundraising and stewardship by building positive donor relationships and coordinating communications. You will manage gifts, acknowledgements, and donor records in Blackbaud CRM, process donations, and collaborate with development, finance, and program teams to ensure accurate recognition and exceptional donor experience.

The role is on site and requires organization, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a business-oriented position.
• Some seasonal weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, proofs, and edits donor acknowledgements.
• Manages donor data in Blackbaud CRM for multiple giving channels.
• Processes incoming donations and donor requests daily.
• Enters and documents donor interactions in the database promptly.
• Audits CRM data for accuracy, including name/address updates and gift records.
• Assists with donor inquiries via phone, email, and mail with professionalism.
• Maintains confidential donor information and performs data cleanup as needed.
• Supports donor relations and stewardship activities across teams.
