Job summary

The role advances donor relations by coordinating reporting, content gathering, acknowledgements, and executive correspondence, while collaborating with the frontline fundraising team and supporting events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in stewardship, donor relations, development, marketing communications, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage narrative reporting of endowed and expendable funds for donor stewardship.
• Gather impact content with faculty and departments and meet reporting deadlines.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid to ensure funds are awarded annually per donor intent and applicable laws.
• Collect student biographies, thank-you letters, photos, and profiles for reporting and materials.
• Refine gift acknowledgement process, messaging standards, and quality control.
• Draft high-level executive correspondence for College leadership.
• Organize meetings between scholarship recipients and donors and prepare briefing for students.
• Support donor events by identifying and coaching student speakers.
• Provide on-site event setup and act as a representative for Institutional Advancement.
• Manage donor relations data and ensure data integrity in Raiser's Edge NXT.
• Execute ad-hoc special projects as assigned.
