Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of donor recognition and engagement strategies.
• Assist donor recognition program materials and naming opportunities.
• Coordinate donor signage design, fabrication, and installation with facilities leadership.
• Maintain database tracking of donor signage, naming opportunities, and public recognition.
• Coordinate leadership acknowledgments for selected gifts across BILH hospitals.
• Assist in endowment reporting with Finance and Operations to ensure compliance.
• Develop personalized stewardship initiatives and donor engagement activities.
• Contribute to policies and processes for a donor-centered Donor Relations team.
