You will maintain donor data, generate stewardship reports, and collaborate with the Stewardship team to ensure accurate reporting and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Three years or more of experience in a nonprofit or higher education setting, with progressive responsibilities in administrative support, data management, and project coordination.
• Experience with donor stewardship principles and institutional advancement.

Responsibilities

• Audit gift fund records and maintain data integrity in the AAR database.
• Run reports for annual fund stewardship reporting for 700+ funds.
• Coordinate content for stewardship reports and donor communications.
• Manage data in ThankView to support donor videos and recognition.
• Prepare data for mass uploads of scholarship and endowed fund information.
