Job summary

Cross Catholic Outreach seeks a Donor Relations Coordinator to support its strategic philanthropy by coordinating timely, accurate stewardship for major donors. You will manage calendars, track commitments, gather inputs, and secure approvals across IPG/program teams, marketing, finance, and Development partners.

Reporting to the Stewardship & Donor Relations Manager, you will enable leaders with strong coordination, documentation, and follow-through, ensuring donor-facing updates are produced

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating donor stewardship or similar support functions.
• Ability to document workflows and maintain clear records.
• Strong discretion handling confidential donor information.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate stewardship deliverables for major and transformational donors.
• Maintain stewardship calendars and deliverables tracking.
• Prepare input, agendas, notes, and follow-up for meetings.
• Collaborate with IPG/programs, marketing, finance, and Development partners.
• Ensure timely donor updates and reporting.
