Qualifications

• Provide outstanding customer service to donors and shoppers.
• Must pass a background check.
• Greet donors at their vehicle and assist with donations.
• Keep the donation area neat, clean and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Accept donated goods from the public.
• Assist in unloading acceptable donations in a timely and courteous manner.
• Thank donors and offer receipts for donations.
• Maintain a neat and orderly donation area both inside and outside.
• Ensure donations are sorted per Goodwill guidelines and stored securely.
• Report maintenance or safety discrepancies to a supervisor.
• Wear required PPE and follow the dress code.
