Job summary

Texas A&M University seeks a Donor Scholarships and Funds Manager to oversee the full life-cycle of restricted funds, from creation to stewardship, supporting the Philanthropy & Engagement division. You will implement tracking via Raiser’s Edge and manage gift agreements to align donor intentions with university needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience, with certification in Raiser’s Edge preferred. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three (3) years of related experience; strong project management and communication skills; detail oriented.
• Certification in Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle of restricted funds, gifts, and stewardship with donors and university partners.
• Process gift agreements and documents supporting new gifts to the Foundation or Alumni Association.
• Draft and implement gift agreements balancing donor wishes with university needs.
• Ensure compliance with IRS, Title IX, and TX SB 17.
• Research best practices and regulations to improve administrative effectiveness.
• Maintain policies and procedures for gift acceptance and funds management.
• Coordinate with Financial Services to fulfill reporting requirements.
