Job summary

Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center Foundation is seeking a Donor Relations Coordinator to support the Giving team in advancing philanthropy and maintaining donor relationships. The role involves moves management, sponsorship facilitation, and coordinating with donors, corporate partners, and community groups.

The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting Luminis Health Anne Arundel Medical Center’s mission for healthier communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Giving Officers in donor meetings, prepping materials and follow up.
• Create initial drafts of funding proposals for potential donors.
• Assist with Grateful Patient program and donor solicitations including direct mail and email campaigns.
• Manage Honor/Memorial fundraising program with Manager of Special Giving.
• Import donor meeting notes into database for Foundation VP and Giving Team.
• Maintain donor data record integrity and track all donor relations activities.
