Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support for donor outreach and stewardship activities; arrange donor educational opportunities and develop content to engage donors; solicit proposals from organizations and develop/implement RFP processes for complex fund applications.
  • Manage the scholarship program executed by the Donor Relations Associate, handling high‑level issues and donor interactions.
  • Maintain and prepare accurate donor reporting for various funds and programs/initiatives; manage grantee evaluative reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Donor Relations Manager provides key support to the advancement arm of the Foundation. This position supplies support, coordination, and processing for donor management, scholarship management, and overall stewardship activities.
