Job summary

Aid to Women Center is seeking a dynamic Donor Relations & Fundraising professional to grow support for our pro-life mission. You will develop strategies, cultivate donor relationships, and lead major gifts and planned giving initiatives with local churches, schools, and community partners.

Qualifications

Proven experience in nonprofit management or fundraising roles
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational abilities
Bilingual English and Spanish preferred
Full agreement with the Center's Pro-Life Mission Statement

Responsibilities

Create new revenue sources
Identify and obtain new revenue opportunities
Bring in new donors
Increase annual giving with major donors
Apply for and obtain new grants
Cultivate relationships with churches, schools, etc., across the Valley to gain financial support through baby bottle drives (5–10 drives)
Assist with Baby Bottle Drives; attend drives to ensure success and outreach
Public speaking at masses about Aid to Women Center
Help with execution of our annual Gala; collaborate with Outreach Manager to secure tables and sponsorships
Act as an Ambassador of Aid to Women Center; host tours for donors and influencers
Represent Aid to Women Center at churches and community events and fairs
